Privacy policy

This document explains what data we collect through the site, why, and how long we keep it. It is written under Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection, in force since 23 August 2026.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Asociația de Golf, Mini-Golf și Chriket din Republica Moldova, IDNO 1018620005076, address mun. Chișinău, sec. Botanica, str. Sarmizegetusa 8, of. 55. For data questions write to meropsgolfclub@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the site form: your name, phone number and the topic you selected. We do not request or collect anything else.
Why
The only purpose is to contact you and discuss your request. We do not share data with third parties, do not sell it, and do not use it for mailings you did not subscribe to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from the last contact, then delete them. If no deal was made and you ask for deletion, we delete within 5 business days.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics: it counts page views and load speed, does not build a visitor profile and does not track you across sites. That is why there is no consent banner — none is required. The site sets a single technical cookie — NEXT_LOCALE: it remembers your chosen language, does not track you and is not shared with third parties; strictly necessary cookies like this do not require consent.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Write to meropsgolfclub@gmail.com — we reply within 15 calendar days. If you disagree with our reply you may contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
Changes
If the policy changes we update the date at the top. Substantial changes apply only to future enquiries.
